Cancellation Policy

Being that we have so many new riders, we just wanted to go over our cancellation policy for anyone who may be unaware.

MIDNIGHT the NIGHT BEFORE
is your deadline to unreserve your bike.

The cancellation window is rather fair, and lets riders who may be on the waitlist enter the ride. Being that we have had a waitlist for almost every outdoor ride, this would be super helpful in filling the empty bikes that may have been reserved, but late cancelled.
We are hoping that during this time, you are able to make the decision on cancelling the night before if you are feeling unwell.

When cancelling before the deadline, you receive your full ride credit back onto your account for future use.

When 
LATE CANCELLING you are ultimately forfeiting your FULL RIDE credit.

Not showing up to the ride, without notice, results in a NO SHOW and has the same penalty as if you LATE CANCELLED.

WAITLIST POLICY

We have had a ton of questions regarding our waitlist policy over the last few weeks.

Here's how it works:

Once a rider from the class cancels, you are automatically placed on their selected bike.
You are then responsible for attending this ride.

If you choose to LATE CANCEL or NO SHOW, the penalty is the same as if you were normally enrolled. 

*If you do not make it off of the waitlist, your ride will be automatically placed back onto your account.*


We appreciate everyone's cooperation and hope that you understand that this is not to penalize you.

We just want to fill as many of our bikes with riders as possible, to have a kick ass ride!
