What to Expect?

Indoor cycling is a choreographed, high intensity, SUPER FUN way to get your workout in. Everyone is welcome to hop on a bike whether it be for weight loss (on average a rider will burn 500+ calories/45 minute ride), building muscle or just getting out of the house.. and it being ok to be extremely sweaty and social - judgement free. 

We ask that riders arrive around 10 minutes before the class begins to ensure that you have time to set up your bike.

What to Wear?

Some riders will be in sweat-wicking workout tops, while others will be comfortable in simply a sports bra. Fitted bottoms are suggested as well - yoga pants, athletic shorts, etc.

Shoe-wise, if you don’t own cycling shoes (our bikes are SPD and Look Delta compatible), we do offer shoe rentals ($2.00). Unfortunately street shoes are not permitted inside the studio.

We offer water bottles for purchase and do have water fountains if you choose to bring your own. 

Each rider will be presented with a towel at their chosen bike for the ride.
